As a member of the NSW Parliament I have the opportunity to speak in the Parliamentary Chamber on a range of important issues.

I can:

Ask the Premier and Government Ministers questions during Question Time
Participate in debates on Bills before they are legislated
Raise issues which are of importance within the local Wakehurst community
Highlight issues relating specifically to my portfolios of Education and Aboriginal Affairs (and my previous portfolios)
