My role as your MP
As the State Member for Wakehurst it is my role to represent you in the NSW Parliament.
I am committed to working with local residents on issues that impact on our community.
I have supported the Wakehurst community to oppose over-development on the Northern Beaches, reduce traffic congestion, provide better public transport, improve health services, boost funding for local schools and cut crime by increasing police numbers.
As a community-based MP I am here to help you on any issue involving the State Government.
How I can help you
As your local State Member of Parliament I can:
- Represent you in Parliament
- Take your problem directly to the appropriate Minister or Department to get a response
- Put you in touch with a service that can help you
- Advise you of your rights and further action that you can take
- Argue for more resources for your group or community
- Work with you to make democracy work for all of us
If you have a problem which goes beyond the above - maybe it's with your dealings involving businesses or the local council - I am happy to see what I can do to help you. It's not always possible, but I'll give it a go!
