Launch of the ZAPSTAND 24/7 Public Access Defibrillator system at Cromer Park. The community will benefit from the NSW Government’s statewide rollout of defibrillators, with $4 million allocated over four years to assist sporting clubs across NSW to purchase and maintain the machines.

I was delighted to host a very enjoyable morning tea with all of the local junior school captains. It never ceases to amaze me how wonderful our primary school captains are and how well they provide the necessary leadership for their school communities.

Recently I hosted an informal dinner in Parliament for the school captains of Cromer Campus, St Augustine’s College, Oxford Falls Grammar School, The Forest High School and Killarney Heights High School. We are indeed very lucky to have such fine young people as leaders in our schools.
