The NSW Government is funding this project as part of its $121 million Clearways Program, which aims to reduce congestion and delays on Sydney’s roads.
Please be advised that Roads and Maritime Services will commence notifying residents and business operators on Monday, 9 April that they will be installing new and extended clearways on Warringah Road from Roseville Bridge, Roseville Chase to Beacon Hill Road, Beacon Hill.
This change is intended to help manage traffic flow on Warringah Road to ensure that all lanes are available to traffic when the road is near capacity.
The new weekend and extended clearways will operate from Monday 30 April 2018 on Warringah Road from Roseville Bridge, Roseville Chase to Beacon Hill Road, Beacon Hill:
- Monday to Friday: 6am to 7pm
- Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: 9am to 6pm
There are currently clearways that operate between Roseville Bridge and Forest Way on weekdays westbound 6am to 10am and eastbound 3pm to 7pm. ‘No Parking’ restrictions currently operate 6:30am to 9:30am and 3:30pm to 6:30pm in both directions between Frenches Forest Road East and Beacon Hill Road.
